FUJS, Julijana - Passed away peacefully at Riverside Glen Nursing Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the age of 89 years.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank. Loving mother to Felix (Colette), grandmother to Juliana, sister to Stanley Bobnic (Kathy), aunt to Stanley Junior (Sonia) and Rosemarie (Steve).
Julijana will be lovingly remembered by many nephews and nieces in Slovenia and friends and family here in Canada.
Julijana worked very hard to provide for her family and was an excellent cook and care giver. She was very kind to everyone who knew her. She was also a longtime member and participant to Slovenia Hunting and Angling Club in Everett, Ontario.
She travelled to the club every weekend, with her husband Frank and family members enjoying a very active life to the fullest with many good members and friends. Julijana lived a great long life with pride and joy.
She will be missed dearly.
Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W., on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal (739 Brown's Line) on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. Flowers would be appreciated by the family.
