SUTTON, William Richard Goodson - WWII Veteran Peacefully passed away at Extendicare Rouge Valley on Monday, February 5, 2018 at the age of 91.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Doris of 65 years.
Loving father of Michael (Ruth), Diane (Barry) and Susan (Colin).
Proud grandfather of Kailey (Jon), Christian (Riviera), Victoria (Scott), Steven, Graham and Carson and great-grandfather of Jake and Tyler.
William will be missed by his sister Alma Baker as well as his many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed his years as a secondary school teacher at Bathurst Heights Secondary School.
William was a proud founding member of the British Airborne Forces Association of Canada.
Memorial visitation for Bill and Doris will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd., on Sunday, February 25th from 2 – 5 p.m. A memorial service for Bill and Doris will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 26th at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
