SWIFT, Robert (Bob) Clive - Bob Swift passed away peacefully on February 5, 2018, in his 82nd year, at the Westbury Long Term Care Residence.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty (nee Simpson), daughter Leslie (Jeff), son Stephen (Lori) and grandsons Ryan and Sam.
In June 1991, Bob retired from nearly 30 years of teaching Sheet Metal and Welding at Northern Secondary School, Toronto. Bob and Betty spent many happy summers in their trailer at Cabot Beach Provincial Park near Kensington, PEI.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at The Westbury for being so caring and helpful during Bob's brief stay there.
In lieu of a funeral, the family will be having a Celebration of Life later in the spring.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
