Bernhardt DavidBERNHARDT, David  - In Loving Memory November 2, 1951 - February 3, 2018

We are very sad to announce the passing of Dave at home on Saturday, February 3, 2018 surrounded by his family after a short battle with cancer.

His death, although somewhat expected, leaves us all with a huge hole in our lives.

Dave is survived by his beloved wife Ruth. He will be missed by his loving children, Michael (Lisa), Jason and Shannon and his grandson David. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings, Richard and Deborah (Stephen). Dave also leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Dave was predeceased by his father Claude, mother Lorraine and first wife Janet. Born in Toronto, Dave lived his early years in Alderwood and Long Branch, moving later to Brampton with his family. Dave loved his music and had quite an extensive collection.

He also loved his Harley motorcycle and spent many hours with his brother Rick touring around Ontario. He was also a loyal Leafs fan. He loved going to the family trailer at Wasaga, spending time at the beach and having campfires.

The Celebration of life has taken place on Sunday, February 11th.
