MOO CHOY, Agatha - Peacefully, on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, Agatha passed away with her family by her side at The Woodhaven Long Term Care.
Predeceased by her husband Dung Fatt (Walter) 2008.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Dahlia (Derrick), Nadine (Alfred), Steve, Alicia (Al) and Nigel (Vanessa). Proud Po-Po to Lydia, Melissa, Maurice (Priya), Damien (Elissa), Paul, Jason (Yoon), Amanda, Alexandra, Anthony and Adrian; great-grandchildren: Julian, Adeline, Isabella, Sydney, Ethan and Richard. Agatha will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Thanks to Dr. Haw and Woodhaven staff for their thoughtfulness and care over the past few years.
Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20th, at Highland Funeral Home (Markham), 10 Cachet Woods Court. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Parish, 5633 Highway 7 East, Markham. Entombment to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Agatha, may be made to Covenant House Toronto.
