Walwyn VioletWALWYN, Violet  - Peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2018 in her 84th year, surrounded by her children.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years St. Clair, her mother Miriam Stanley, her father Carl Anslyn, her sister Keturah Trotman and her brother Arthur Anslyn.

She was the proud mother of Colleen Richmond (David), Carl (Andrea Pappas), Julie Walwyn-Tross (Rodolfo Tross), Frank, Michael (Ashi), Donna, Nydia (Lyriq Bent) and Brian.

She is survived by her sister Dr. Bronte Gonsalves, her grandchildren Richard, Jordan, Nile, Brook, Dr. Loren Walwyn-Tross (Danielle Jackson), Brandon Tross, Erica Tross (Andre), Matthew, Chelsea, Madison and Tyler Henry, Jahthane and Keegan Walwyn-Bent, cousins, nieces and nephews and a community of beloved friends.

Funeral services were held on February 15, 2018 and Violet was laid to rest at Glendale Cemetery next to her husband, St. Clair Walwyn.

In memory of Violet, donations can be made to the Mississauga Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2250 Credit Valley Rd., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5M 4L9, for the specific purpose of advancing and expanding the Seniors Ministry/Seniors' Club.
