A complete Funeral Service will be held at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery "Carfrae" Chapel, on Friday, March 9th at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Home Dialysis Unit, Kidney Care Clinic at Humber River Hospital - Church St. site, 200 Church St., Toronto, ON M9N 1N8.
