PINDER, Hilda Margaret (nee PALMER)  - 1917 - 2018  Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Sherwood Court in Maple, Ontario in her 101st year.

Hilda was born in Dauphin, Manitoba on December 23, 1917 to William and Ida May Palmer.

Beloved wife of the late J. Arthur Williams and the late Cecil V. Pinder, she is lovingly remembered by: daughters Ruby Linklater and Nancy (Len) Schmode, step-son Don Pinder, step-daughter June (Peer) Norgaard, grandchildren Niels (Tina) and Andrew (Victoria) and great-grandchildren Alexander, Pieter and Russell, brother Fred Palmer, sister Ruth Buck, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Hilda was predeceased by her parents, both husbands, sister Betty Clark, son-in-law J. Robert (Bob) Linklater, brothers-in-law Allan Clark and William (Bill) Buck, nephews Wayne (Patti) Clark and Robin (Sandra) Clark, nieces Shirley (Don) Hopkins and Carol Anne (Bob) Coes, many in-laws, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Clock Tower Inn (Newmarket) and the Sherwood Court Long Term Care Centre (Maple) for the exceptional care given to Hilda.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S, Newmarket, Ontario, on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to a charity of their choice.
