JENKINS, Patricia Consuelo - It is with the greatest sadness and deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Patricia Consuelo Jenkins, who died peacefully in her home in Toronto on February 9, 2018.
Born October 1925 in South Wales, UK, she lived most of her life in Toronto.
Patricia had retired from her position as a librarian in the Toronto Public Library.
She had a lifelong love of reading and a deep love for nature, with a special reverence for elephants. She was surrounded by her friends and her loving caregivers.
As well we would like to thank her family physician Dr. Stephen Ross for his longtime commitment to her health and all the after hours home visits.
Patricia is remembered by her many friends for her humour, intelligence, kindness and exceptionally good nature.
She was a wonderful person, always ready with a humorous anecdote, a joke and a warm story. As with them, she should never be forgotten by us. With all our love to you! Goodbye for now Miss J.
