Beloved wife and best friend of the late Edward A (Ted) Rice.
Loving mother of Lorrie and her husband Vince Goegan (Calgary), and Jim Rice and his wife Jen (Sault Ste Marie). Dear Grandma to Matthew (Stacie), Erica (Shaun), Denise (David), Erin, and Mackenzie.
Great-Grandmother to Gavin, Abbie, Deacon, Claire, and Everett.
A wonderful and caring person, Mary loved life, and was happiest either when spending time with her family, or playing one of her favourite sports with good friends, or perhaps sipping a glass of red wine. She supported many charities that had touched her or one of her friends.
Friends may call at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Ave. West, on Friday, April 6th from 2-4 p.m. A celebration of Mary's life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, April 7th at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
