JANES, Irene - On March 14, 2018, Irene Janes (nee Whalley), a strong, intelligent and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend passed away in Guelph, Ontario.
Predeceased by her husband, Clarence Arthur (Art) Janes.
Mother to Rick (Lenore) and Sandi (Ed) and excelled at being a grandmother.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation at Mighton Funeral Home (123 - 10th Street, Hanover) on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. Inurnment in Hanover.
Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society, Alzheimer Society, Grace United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
