Symons LynnSYMONS, Lynn  - 1963 - 2018 We are sad to announce that our beloved Lynn died on Monday, March 12, 2018 after a short illness.

She will be dearly missed by her parents John and Margaret, her siblings Robert, Katrina and David and their partners Julie, Ron and Marie.

She will also be deeply missed by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and the UK.

Lynn lived a full, joyous and fiercely independent life.

She participated in many sports, notably as a Special Olympics swimmer. She was also supported by Best Buddies, Community Living, Common Ground, Down Syndrome Association of Toronto and the North York Seniors Centre.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lynn's name to any of these or to Christ Church Deer Park.

The family would like to thank the health care team at Sunnybrook Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Cremation has taken place.

A celebration of Lynn's life will be held at Christ Church Deer Park, 1570 Yonge St. (at Heath St.), on Saturday, April 7th at 1:00 p.m.
