TSERAMIS, Nick - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the age of 60 with his family by his side.
Beloved father to Jodi and Stacy.
Loving son to Kosta and Jenny.
Brother to Peter (Joanne). Uncle to Krystn and Erik. Great-uncle to Maddy. He will be cherished in our hearts and missed deeply by his family and friends.
Friends and family will be received at Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto, Ontario, on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. Private cremation.
Donations can be made in memory of Nick Tseramis to Toronto Western Hospital or to Princess Margaret Hospital, Cancer Research.
