MacDONALD, Geraldine "Gerri" - Passed away suddenly on February 12, 2018 in Toronto.
Gerri was a refugee lawyer who worked diligently to represent her clients and, in doing so, changed many lives.
For six years she worked tirelessly as the President of the Refugee Lawyers Association (RLA) to advocate for refugees.
Gerri will be forever missed and fondly remembered by her family, colleagues, clients and friends.
Gerri is now with her beloved cats, whom she was devoted to.
Donations in her memory can be made to UNHCR or Amnesty International.
Friends and family are welcome to attend the memorial service on Monday, March 26th at 5:30 p.m. at Friends House, 60 Lowther Avenue, Toronto, Ontario (near St. George subway).
