Nakamura KenNAKAMURA, Ken  - Ken passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018.

Beloved husband to Kitty for sixty-seven years.

Loving father of late Karen (Ken), Kerwin, Kelly (Jim) and Kristine.

He will be missed by his brothers Gordon, Ted and sister Harriet.

Predeceased by his sisters Yuriko, Kazuko, Rosie, Judy and brothers Lefty and Syd.

Ken was a longtime employee at CBC Television. After retiring, he volunteered with East York Seniors doing home repairs, driving seniors to medical appointments and delivering meals on wheels. He enjoyed travelling, especially to Hawaii and Myrtle Beach.

In his younger days, he participated in many sports. Later, he joined Victoria Village Curling Club and Nisei O'Connor Bowling.

A private service and cremation have taken place.  Family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, April 8th from 2 to 4 p.m. at Highland Funeral Home (3280 Sheppard Ave. East).

If desired, donations may be made to Michael Garron (Toronto East General) Hospital, St. John's Rehab (Sunnybrook Foundation), or Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre.
