FLEMING, Gordon Loftus - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Gordon Loftus Fleming, age 89, born April 8, 1929, died May 2, 2018.
He is survived by his loving wife Gwen and 3 children: Anne Fleming-Read (Sydney), David Fleming (Elizabeth) and Janet Meunier (Eugene).
He was an amazing Poppa to his 5 grandchildren: Erin, Jennifer, Mackenzie, Rebecca and Spencer.
Holding a BA and MA, Gord spent his career with the Etobicoke Board of Education as a dedicated educator extraordinaire.
He shared his passion for gardening, woodworking and stained glass with his family and friends. Cremation has taken place.
Family will receive friends and family at 128 Meadowbank Road, Islington from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Monday, May 7th.
