CHOLACK, Gary Paul - Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on May 7, 2018 in his 63rd year.
Loving husband of Pauline for 35 years.
Beloved father of Matthew (Emily), Nicholas (Sydney) and Tracy Scott (Dana).
Proud grandfather of Emma and Ayla.
Brother of Rick (Mary), Donna Zammit (John) and Lorie, and predeceased by brother Terry.
Son of the late George and Cathy Cholack.

Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, Newmarket on Thursday, May 10, 2018 for visitation from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1:30 pm, with a reception to follow.
