IZZARD, Margaret Lily (nee MACDONALD) - Passed away peacefully in the company of her family, May 13, 2018, at The North York General Hospital.
She leaves her most loving family: husband of 65 years less 18 days, E. Grant Izzard; daughters Wendy Elizabeth Sahi and Barbara Kathleen Izzard-Levoy; sons-in-law Ash K. Sahi and Mark A. Levoy; granddaughters Stephanie R. K. Sahi (fiancée Michael McKenzie) and Stacia S. M. Sahi (recently deceased).
In 1953 she married Grant and set up a home in Pointe Claire, QC (Valois), where she saw her children safely through school/Sunday School and University. She was actively involved in her children's extracurricular activities and pets; including Girl Guides, many United Church activities and the local Ballet School (where she was a convenor).
A Visitation will take place Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, (Agincourt) with Service at 4:30 p.m. and a Reception to follow. In Montreal a Celebration of Life will be held at 4 pm, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Belvedere Funeral Complex, 2205 Trans-Canada Highway, Senneville, Quebec. Private Family Interment will follow in Montreal, QC.
