MILLER, Marian Elizabeth (nee HIRD) - Peacefully on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 after coping with cancer for 26 years.
Loving wife and "best buddy" to Ron for 49 years and devoted mother to Karen.
She was a longtime resident of Aurora.
Predeceased by her parents Les and Clara Hird of Toronto and only sibling Janet Beitz of Thunder Bay.
Marian leaves her nephew Jeff Beitz and niece Susan McGonigal, both of Thunder Bay.
A Celebration of Marian's Life will be held at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway S., Aurora, on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. with tributes at 3 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 11:00.
Those wishing to attend are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket, would be appreciated.
