SEABAN, Mary Patricia (nee ADAMS)  - After a wonderful 103 years of life, Pat peacefully passed away in her sleep at home on Saturday, May 19, 2018.

Beloved wife and best friend of the late George Seaban.

Loving mother of Gordon (Joyce) and Barbara.

Proud grandmother of Michael (Michelle), David (Maria) and Kimberley (Scott) and great-grandmother of Hanna, Courtney, Kristen, Siobhan, Jacob, Laura, Sydney, Leeland, Zachary and Lachlan.

Our Mother and Grandma loved family and was truly so caring. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to her caregivers Elma "Emma", Cely "Sally" and Sandy "Sandra" for their compassion and care.

A visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd., on Thursday, May 24th from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday, May 25th from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel at 12 p.m., reception following. Interment to follow.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
