Gibson ConnorGIBSON, Connor William  -  It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Connor on Sunday, May 20, 2018 with his family by his side.

Connor had a kind and gentle spirit and it was our absolute privilege and honour to be his Mom and Dad. He brought so much joy to all who had the pleasure to be a part of his life.

Connor was a graduate of St. Michael's College School in Toronto and was in his last semester at the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota.

Connor faced his diagnosis with strong faith, courage and grace and was an inspiration to all.

Connor is survived by his proud parents Bill and Marjorie Gibson, his loving younger sister Meaghan, his grandparents Duncan and Margaret Gibson and Geraldine Casey.

Connor was predeceased by his grandfather Paul Casey. Connor was loved by his aunts and uncles Pam, Ted, Kristi Lynn, Theresa, Elliott, Frank, Wilma, Greg, Lynn, Marg, Brian, Pauline and Tim.

Connor enjoyed countless family celebrations shared with his cousins Michael, Nick, Hannah, Andrew, Erin, Troy, Chris, Casey and Jamie.

Connor adored his girlfriend Amber Hennings and their dog Rhett.

He will be missed by his many friends especially his great group of friends from St. Mike's and his many friends in Sioux Falls.

We want to thank all our family for their tremendous support during this difficult time.

A private family funeral will be held Thursday, May 24th. Connor will remain forever in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that you consider donations to Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital (donate.sunnybrook.ca) or the Dorothy Ley Hospice (dlhospice.org).
