MUNRO, Heather - At her home in Pickering on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, Heather Ann Munro, at the age of 65 years.
Cherished by her sister Peggy and Bob Pike of Wingham; and her nieces Carolyn and Damien Cavanough of Sydney, Australia, Lesley Pike of Toronto, Jennifer and Chris Hammond and Deborah and Tim Good, all of Listowel; and Marianne and Doug Bell of Heidelberg.
Loving aunt to 10 great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Reginald and Lois (Gardner) Munro, and special aunts, uncles and cousins in the Gardner, Rogers and Munro families.
Heather was a compassionate nurse and diabetes educator in the greater Toronto area for many years, as well as briefly in the Northwest Territories.
She was blessed to have good friends close by in these past few years of failing health, and will be missed by all whose lives she touched. She loved the Lord and was looking forward to spending eternity with Him.
A private family service will be held.
