MANCHUL, Edward Donald P. Eng   - November 18, 1926 - May 31, 2018

Ed passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in West Park Long Term Care.

He was the loving husband of Marion for 68 wonderful years of marriage.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Lee Ann and Lynn, his son-in-law Mike Devlin and his two grandchildren, Eddie and Megan, whom he doted on.

He will also be fondly remembered by his sister Irene Murray and brother-in-law Bill Murray and cherished by his many family members and friends. Born in Rivers, MB, Ed graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

He went on to become a successful civil engineer, working on infrastructure projects across the country with Public Works Canada.

He also attended the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program later in his career.

That prepared him to complete his professional life as Director General, Ontario Region with the agency. He was an accomplished golfer and a talented storyteller with a remarkable sense of humour.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Delmanor Wynford, Mosiac Home Care and West Park LTC for their care and compassion. Friends and family are invited for a Celebration of Life on June 3rd from 2-4 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre (375 Mount Pleasant Road).

In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice in Ed's honour would be appreciated.
