Wasyl, beloved husband of the late Irene Mojsiak.
Dear father of Jurij and his wife Lydia Martynec and Ostap and his wife Motria Dzulynsky.
Proud grandfather of late Taissa, Adriana, Lena, Oleksa and Julian.
He will be missed by his larger extended family of nieces, nephews and their extended families in Ukraine.
Wasyl was born in the village of Vydyniv, Ivano Frankivska Oblast, Ukraine on May 1, 1921.
Resting at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St. on Sunday from 6-9 p.m., with Panakhyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service on Monday at 9:15 a.m. then to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (Queen and Bellwoods) for mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow.
