PROKOPIW, John - November 12, 1926 - June 18, 2018
Passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years at St. Joseph's Hospital after a difficult battle with cancer.
Born in Neepawa, Manitoba, his family moved to Montreal, then to Toronto, where he was a longtime employee of Massey Ferguson.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Orysia, his son Brian Prokopiw, his daughter Carolann Page and his grandchildren Matthew Prokopiw and Cassandra Prokopiw.
Visitation will take place at Ridley Funeral Home, Toronto, on Thursday, June 21st, 6 to 7:30 p.m. A Panachyda service: at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service is on Friday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre, 1280 Dundas St. West, Oakville.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
