ZAPFE, Heather Anne (nee IRVING) - Passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahen Hospice on June 26, 2018 in her 74th year.
Loving wife of Werner (Vern) Zapfe.
Beloved step-mother of Tanya and Martin.
Proud grandmother of Nadine and Lucas LaPointe.
Much loved sister of Liz Grogan.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Southlake Hospital and Margaret Bahen Hospice.
A memorial service will take place at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish, 17955 Leslie St., Newmarket, on July 3rd at 11 a.m. with one hour of visitation prior.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Good Sheppard Ministries or the Margaret Bahen Hospice.
