SHEARMAN, Bernard John – Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre on July 12, 2018 in his 90th year.
Loving husband of Margaret.
Beloved father of Nick (Laura), Sally (Joe) and Jemma (Sandy).
Proud grandfather of Katy, Natalie and Andrew.
Great grandfather of Owen and Ellie.
Brother of the late Donald and Betty Shearman.
Son of the late Sidney and Thanetta.
Bernard served in the RAF, was a veteran of the Korean War, as an aircraft engineer. He was an avid train enthusiast with the Richmond Hill Live Steamers.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnybrook Veterans K-Wing and friends who supported us.
Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, Newmarket on Friday, July 20, 2018 for a celebration of life from 5-7 pm.
