KUTSUKAKE, Jerry (SHIRA) - Passed away suddenly from pneumonia/emphysema on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Michael Garren Hospital at age 83.
Cherished brother of Naomi Misumi (nee Kutsukake), Ruth Oda (nee Kutsukake).
Loving uncle to Greg, Tia (Jeff), Kiki (Reg), Kiviuq, Kent (Reiko), Lise (Gordon), Shawna and his great-nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by mother Suyeko Kutsukake and father Peter Kutsukake, Bobbie Wraith and Geralyn Wraith.
Jerry's ashes will be buried with his mother and father at a later date.
