Best friend and partner of Leigh-Ann Caron. Cherished father of Kyle, Christy and Katie. Will also be missed by Katrina.

CAVENDER, Donald - Donald Frank Cavender is now in spirit after passing away on Wednesday, October 22, 2021 at Etobicoke General Hospital after an unexpected and hard-fought battle with a kidney stone and related sepsis infection.
Beloved husband to the late Gloria Marie Cavender (nee Smith) his wife of 59 years, Don was also a proud father to Lisa Cavender and Karen Noonan.
Don cherished his 3 wonderful granddaughters, Megan, Paige and Rebecca.
Twin brother to the Late Doreen Nesbitt (nee Cavender), Don was a proud uncle to Michael, Kim, Kerry and Kelly. Don is also lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Loretta Smith, and nephews Stephen, Michael and David.

WORTH, Donald Joseph - 1932 - 2021 Don passed away at home unexpectedly, on October 22, 2021.
Predeceased by his dear wife Patricia Worth and survived by sons Ken (Michèle) and David, granddaughter Maya (Michel) and great-granddaughter Liliana.
Don was born to Harry and Gladys Worth in Haileybury, Ontario, but grew up in South Porcupine.
Following in his father's footsteps, Don started to work summers at the gold mine at the age of 16.
He went on to graduate from the University of Toronto in Mining Engineering where he also received his Masters in Economics and Mining. His first employment was with ASARCO Mining in Parral, Mexico, as a Mine Foreman.

LEYDEN, Brian "Jaybee" - 1929 - 2021 James Brian Leyden on October 22, 2021.
Originally from Nottingham, England, Brian made his home in the Niagara Region for more than 60 years.
Over those years, the Niagara region benefitted greatly from Brian's professional work and dedication to service.
During his storied career in Public Relations, he significantly advanced the profile of the area's grape growers and wine industry - including his stewardship of the Niagara Grape & Wine festival for many years/ decades.
A skilled fundraiser, Brian helped raise millions of dollars for the Niagara Children's Centre, St. John's Church in Port Dalhousie,

BROWN, Agnes Hamilton - Peacefully, with her closest family by her side, Agnes Hamilton Brown left us on October 22, 2021.
Born in Busby, Scotland on May 23, 1930, Agnes was the fourth of five children of Agnes and Adam Parkhill.
Having completed training at the Victoria Infirmary in Glasgow in 1952 and heeding a call from Canada for nurses, the small but powerful Scot immigrated to Canada in 1954 with good friend and fellow nurse Norma, seeking adventure at a hospital in Seaforth, Ontario.
Her profession took her to Toronto, where she met another single immigrant, John (Alan) Brown of Leith, Scotland.

Fiona was born to the late Peter and Marjorie Berry, May 21, 1944, in Barnstable, England.
She attended Shaw’s Business School to take her Secretarial Training, but her greatest work was that of being such a loving mother and wife to our very lucky family.
She married John McAlpine on June 17, 1967, and they lived together in Toronto before moving to Bracebridge and then Stouffville.

Born to the late Harold and May Riley on August 29, 1930, he was the youngest of six, and looked up to his late sisters Vi, Dorothy, Lil, Ivy and his brother Bill.

FLANNERY, Renée (Rotfarb) - On October 22, 2021 we lost an angel to cancer. Renée Flannery (Rotfarb). Renée fought bravely to the end.
Renée was born on April 12, 1949 in Paris, France. In 1958, she immigrated to Toronto along with her loving parents, Sarah and David Rotfarb, both survivors of the Holocaust, and her brother Maurice. They arrived in the winter, young Renée believing that she did something wrong to deserve so much snow and such frigid temperatures. Little did she know that this was only a start to their new and happy life in Canada, while still maintaining their French culture.

CARTER, Doreen (nee Adamson) - Of Tillsonburg, passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on Friday, October 22, 2021, at the age of 89 years.
Doreen was a loving wife of 57 years to the late Gerald Carter (2021).
She was a wonderful mother to her sons Craig Carter, Steve Carter and his wife Heather.
Doreen was grandmother to Elizabeth and Jackson.
Doreen was always engaged with neighbors and friends at the Harvest Crossing Retirement Community and the Hickory Hills Community Centre, where she was an avid billiards player.

He started in 1973 with the Ministry of Community Social Services as a mail messenger.
He was then transferred to Management Secretariat and retired on disability in 2013.
He worked for 40 years as a faithful and loyal worker. John barely missed a day of work.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Susan and daughter Victoria (Torrie), his mother Grace King.

The family meant the world to her and were her greatest gift. Beloved wife to the late Leonard Ernest Blendick. She was the proud and loving mother to Ken (Donna), Deb and Brian (Linda).

LIMA, Laurinda Brito - Passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021.
Our mom was born in Portugal in 1930, came to Canada in 1971 with the love of her life, our dad, Alberto de Azevedo Lima. They wanted us to have a good life, be successful, have a good education and be happy. We made them proud.
Our mom raised us to be good mothers, loving wives to Tony and Anibal and to treasure our children, Andrew, Jannette and Anthony.
But her life was complete with Andrew marrying Caitlin and giving her the most adorable great-grand children, Owen and Austin.
