Sandy was born on October 10, 1953 in Aylmer, Ontario. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend and was loved in return by so many. She had a passion for all things concerning extraterrestrials and the wonders of the cosmos. She loved music and to dance and meet new people, engage in long conversations and could often be seen drinking her extra large triple triple Timmies and having a good smoke. She loved to laugh and had a wonderful sense of humour.

CLARK, Thomas Rex  -  Peacefully passed away at Saint Luke’s Place in Cambridge on November 16, 2017 with his loving wife Margaret of 53 years by his side.

Loving father to Andy (Nancy) and Dwayne (Angela), grandfather to Alex and Nicole. Fondly remembered by his brothers John (Wanda), Peter (Maureen) and Bill.

Rex will be remembered for his warm greeting and friendly smile. He made extra effort to ensure all felt welcome in his home, at his church, and at his workplace. Following a career in business management, Rex turned his focus to teaching business at Conestoga College for 15 years up until his retirement. He was a faithful fan of the Blue Jays, Raptors and Maple Leafs.

Loving mother of Linda (Don) Seager, Pat (Richard) Emmerton and Peter (Lesley) Daufenbach. Cherished grandmother of Sean (Hannah), Cara (Chris) and Nathan (Nathalie) and great-grandma of Maciek and Timothy. Her four-footed family members: Pace, Dexter and Ginger will miss her dearly.

Survived by her sisters Betty McCutcheon, Barbara Nagy (Garry Kruger) and her brother-in-law, Albert Keller. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Edith Giesler; sisters, Doris (Walter) O’Krongli and June Keller; brother, Arthur Giesler Jr. (Shirley) and brother-in-law Jack McCutcheon. She is much loved by many nieces and nephews.

Cherished grandmother to Heather, Titania, Breanna, Tommy, Jeana, Jesse, and Michael. Great grandmother to Emily, Darren, Josh, Nicole, Leah, Carter, Zack, Kennedy, and Nathaniel.  Sister to Marion and Lorne, and through them she became an Aunt to 3.

 

MOORE, Wallace Glenn 'Wally'  -  At Brantford General Hospital, On Wednesday November 15, 2017 a longtime resident of R.R. # 3 Ayr, in his 86th year.

Wally was an avid outdoorsman, he loved his various collections. He was involved in many activities and organizations in the Paris and Ayr areas including the Paris Fairboard, Ducks Unlimited, and Hardy Bay Hunt Camp.

Beloved husband to Joyce (nee Tansley) for 64 years; loved dad to Doug (Michelle), Kathy Martin (Lachie), and Don (Carroll); cherished grandpa to Leslie (Aaron), Kendra (Tristan), Ryan and Kristyne; dear brother to the late Bob (the late Pat), and Lloyd (Barbara). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Steven lived in Stratford most of his life where he worked at Hendrickson Spring for many years.

Loving brother of David (Jean) and Charles (Wilma). Steven will be remembered by several nieces and nephews.

Also survived by a sister-in-law Florence Davidson. Predeceased by his brother Robert Davidson (1984).

Gordon was an employee of Fram for 34 years until his retirement in 1994. He was a member of Life Church, Stratford.

He was the retired owner/operator of the Winenot Store in Kitchener and will be missed by his many friends and customers.

 

Dyck SarahDYCK, Sarah  -  At the age of 93, Sarah slipped peacefully into her next adventure on Monday, November 13, 2017.

A true Child of the Sabbath, Sarah was born to Abraham and Agatha (Peters) Dick on Sunday, September 28, 1924 on a farm in Wilmot Township. The second of four children – sisters Helen and Anne and brother Arthur – she finished her schooling at age 11 after which she helped out on the farm and eventually found work at the Sunshine Factory in Waterloo. But nothing could quell Sarah's insatiable passion for learning. She excelled at piano and organ and went on to study at Bethel College in Kansas (where she met husband Bill), at UWO's Waterloo campus and eventually at the University of Waterloo where she earned a Master of Philosophy degree in English.

 

FERZANOVIC, Milena  -  Following a brief battle with cancer on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at the Freeport Hospital, in Kitchener, with her family by her side, Milena Ferzanovic (nee Kurtes) of Kitchener age 64 years.
