Foster DavidFOSTER, David Bernard  -  Passed away at the Grand River Hospital on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the age of 82.

Beloved husband of Geraldine for fifty-seven years. Dear father of Alan, Bryce, Caroline Foster of Kitchener, and Elaine and her husband David Adair of Stratford.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Louise Foster.

David, Gearldine and family immigrated to Canada in 1967 from England. They lived in Don Mills till 1970 when they moved to Waterloo. He was a radio electronics engineer for Raytheon Canada for over twenty-five years. He was an avid badminton player with K-W Granite, Forest Heights and Breithaupt Clubs throughout his life. David was also involved with cross country skiing, hiking and had completed the Bruce Trail. David was well travelled both for work and pleasure.

The Foster family will receive friends at Erb & Good family funeral home, Waterloo on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 10 – 10:45 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. 

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario may be made.
