Hardy FrankHARDY, Frank  -  Passed away at St. Mary's General Hospital on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at the age of 86 years. 

Beloved husband of Kathleen Hardy for nearly 60 years. 

Dear father of John Hardy, Kim Locke (John), Karen Pfeffer (Ron), Scott Hardy (Kim), and Mark Hardy (Dana). 

Loved grandfather ('Bubba') of Mike, Monica, Adam, Jenna, Shaun, Ashley, Ronnie, Michelle, Nicholas, Wesley, Kaillie, Mitchell, Mason, Eden, and predeceased by his dear grandson Eric.  Dear great grandfather of Brooklyn and Arianna. 

Loved brother of Irene Bernardi (Ted). Predeceased by his brothers Mickey and Jack, and his sister Florence. 

Corporal Frank Hardy served during the Korean War as a Paratrooper, under the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. Following the War, Frank worked for many years as a Gray Coach bus driver for the Toronto Transit Commission. 

Frank's family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, Kitchener, on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 12:30 – 1:15 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 pm. Cremation will follow. Interment at a later date in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. 

If desired, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #50, 524 Belmont Ave. W., Kitchener, ON.
