Podger LloydPODGER, Lloyd Henry  -  Passed away with his family by his side at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday March 3, 2017 at the age of 81. Lloyd had a positive attitude and wanted to get better, but his heart was failing which led to other complications. 

Beloved husband of Norma Podger (nee Harman), who kept the fire burning and cared for him during his struggle. 

Cherished father of Paul Podger (Sheila) and the late Glenn Podger (Cheryl). Proud grandfather of Tyler (Leigh-Anne), Gracie (Gerrit), Emily (Dylan), Katelyn (Craig) and Jackson (Charlotte) and great-grandfather of Madison. 

Loving brother of Virginia Miller (the late Richard) and the late Edward Podger (Helen). Son of the late William and Grace. He will also be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Lloyd was an avid gardener and fisherman; he was the president of the Seminole Fishing Camp in Flesherton. 

At Lloyd’s request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Corbett funeral    home, Cambridge, on Thursday March 16, 2016 from 2-4 p.m., pausing for a brief time of reflection at 3p.m. 

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
