Beloved wife of the late Melville Jamieson (1996).

Loving mother of the late Warren Jamieson (2011), Kathy and Jim Nixon of Fergus, George and Penny Jamieson of Kenilworth, Karl Jamieson and Lana Fleming of St. Thomas and Lloyd and Donna Jamieson of Arthur. Dear grandmother of Jay Jamieson, Christal Abron; Brad Nixon, Shari Nixon; Kevin Bailey, Corey Fuller, Robert Wilson; Missy-Jai Jamieson, Jesse Jamieson; Amy Jamieson, Bryan Jamieson.

Fondly remembered by her 20 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. Sister of Audrey Foster, Denelda Green and Roy Dixon. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. 

Predeceased by her siblings Eileen Little, Leone Kerr, Shirlie Kelly and Merlin Dixon.

To honour Doris’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur on Friday April 7, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Rev. Ed Charlton will conduct the Memorial Service in the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.

As expressions of sympathy donations to Groves Memorial Hospital or Wellington Hospice would be appreciated by the family.

Doris requested that family and friends wear red or bright colours and said 'it is not what you wear, but what you feel.'
