Kinzie OrphaKINZIE, Orpha Lucille  -  Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the age of 96. 

Born and raised in Waterloo Township, Orpha spent her childhood growing up on the family's dairy farm, where she learned the value of hard work. She was an award-winning published poet, and worked for many years at Dare Foods. She also enjoyed gardening and reading books. Always caring and considerate, Orpha loved to look after others and spend time with her family and friends. 

She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Ken (Mary), Janet (Mark), Rosemary (Doug), and Jim (Liana), as well as many great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Orpha was predeceased by her siblings Elton (Irene), Verda, Della, and Rita. 

Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation at Fairview Mennonite Home (515 Langs Dr. Cambridge, ON) in the Auditorium on Thursday, April 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:30 a.m., and interment will be at Hagey Cemetery.   

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Fairview Mennonite Home or the Preston Mennonite Church.
