Nicholas had an incredible smile, and the way he laughed was infectious, bringing joy to everyone in the room. He had a generous and loving heart, and will be remembered for the many hours of volunteer work he did with the Rare Natural Reserve in Blair. Nicholas loved animals, walking in the woods, hunting, fishing, and taking photographs of the wonderful world around him.

He will be deeply missed by his parents Daniel Beke and Margaret St. Pierre-Beke, sister Gwynne Mitchell (Alex), grandparents Dot and Joe Beke and Margaret and Percy St. Pierre, uncles Roger Beke, Tony Beke, Christopher Beke, Adrian Beke, nephew Rowan Mitchell, niece Isla Mitchell, and his cousin AJ Beke.

Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation at Barthel funeral home, Cambridge, on Wednesday, April 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:55 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church (567 Queenston Road, Cambridge) following the visitation at 2:00 p.m.  In lieu of reception, interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Rare Natural Reserve.

Nicholas, we know you're watching us from above now, saying, 'Hey Mom, Hey Dad,' and flashing your beautiful smile.
