LAFRANCE, Lucille - February 20, 1933 – December 31, 2018
Heaven has called His angel Lucille home.
She peacefully passed at her home on December 31st, 2018.
Beloved wife of the late Paul of 38 years.
Loving mother of Robert (the late Debbie), Janette (Freeman), Denise (Steve), Louise (Gary), Dan, Angela and the late Michael (Sheila) and Peter.
Mother-in-law to Lea.
She will be greatly missed by her sisters Barbara, Loretta, Helen, Yvonne and Ruth and is predeceased by sisters Geraldine, Rose, Rene, Jeanne and Beatrice Anne.
Lucille (Popeye) was predeceased by her parents Emile and Katherine Leonard.
Devoted Grandmother to Connie (Shawn), Lisa (Rich), Sarah, Kirk, Keith, Brandon, Jennifer, Nicole (Jon), Paul (Autumn), Danielle, Adam (Jessica), James (MaryAnne) and Nicholas.
Great-Grandmother to Zack, Hailey, Mitchell, Makayla, Landin, Lily, Danika, Madison, Shyann, Mariah, Jordyn, Isabella, Mya, Freeman Jr., Skye, Emma, Cassidy, Nathan, Sidney and Luke.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West (905-721-12314) on Sunday, January 6th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER PARISH, 1100 Mary Street North, Oshawa on Monday, January 7th at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial donations to World Vision Canada or another organization benefitting children would be greatly appreciated.
