GREEN, Patrick Robert - Died suddenly and unexpectedly on the morning of April 24, 2018, shortly after his 43rd birthday.
The depth of his loss is grieved by his wife Nicole Johansen and his amazing son Griffin Green.
Pat was loved and will be sadly missed by so many people.
He had an amazing and loud sense of humour, guaranteed to get a laugh.
His journey was complicated, but Pat’s strength and determination let him not only survive, but thrive as a living miracle, allowing him to bring his greatest gift into the world through his beautiful son.
Pat spent much of his time using his strengths and experiences to help and support many people. He was an active friend of Bill W. and a member of Millwright Local 2309.
Pat Leaves behind many amazing and long time, caring friends. He was predeceased by his sweet mother Sydney Green and will be sadly missed by his loving brother Mike Green (Andie), brother-in-law Ryan Johansen (Tamara), sister-in-law Rachel Plowman (Dan), sweet and beautiful nieces Katelyn and Jazmin Green, Olivia, Violet and Ivy Plowman, his father Brian Green and in-laws Tom Johansen (Mary) and Penny Johansen (Chad).
Join the family at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY , 21 Garrard Rd, Whitby, 905-443-3376, for Visitation on Monday April 30, 2018 from 5:00-8:00pm and Tuesday May 1, 2018 from 1:00-2:00pm with Funeral Service in the chapel at 2:30pm. The family would love to continue celebrating Pat’s life with all guests at a reception following the service.
