ROSEN, G. Martin - Marty passed peacefully, in his 90th year at Campbell House in Collingwood on Monday, August 21, 2023.
Marty was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 26, 1933, and raised in Windsor.
He attended the University of Western Ontario and later Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.
He practiced real estate and Corporate/Commercial law for over 50 years.
He was predeceased by his sister, Joan; and parents, Lazarus and Rose Rosen.
He is survived by his life partner, Sandra Whitehead; daughter, Robin (Richard); Grandchildren, Owen (Jenny), Max, and Ella. Marty will be fondly remembered for his sense of humour, his sharp wit and ability to mentor others.
He was especially grateful for the care he received from the nurses at the Collingwood dialysis unit, the staff, and caregivers at the hospice along with the excellent care of Dr. Brad Nichols.
A private service was held in Thornbury/Clarksburg Union Cemetery on August 22, 2023.
