McNAMARA, Pamela   -  Pamela passed away peacefully on May 10, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer.

 

Beloved wife of David McNamara for 52 years.

 

Loving mother to Suzanne, Michael and Peter. Cherished grandmother to Charlotte.

Loved by her daughters-in-law, Sharon and Lesley.

 

Dear sister to Margaret, Judy and Suzanne. Predeceased by her parents Irene, Richard and her sister Renee.

 

Pamela was happiest in gatherings of family and friends and cherished the special bond she had with her sisters.

 

Pam's love of gardening led to the creation of some beautiful gardens both at home and at the cottage.

 

Memorial donations may be made to the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital (https://donate.sunnybrook.ca/). Many thanks to Dr. Teresa Petrella and Dr. John Cameron for their determination and compassion.

 

Also special thanks to the staff at the Oncology unit for their kindness.

 

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville) on Tuesday, May 14th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friends and family are welcome to attend the funeral at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 78 Clifton Road on Wednesday, May 15th at 10:30 a.m.
