Morehouse AnnMOREHOUSE, Ann Violet (nee RUSSELL)   - March 23, 1955 - January 12, 2018

A beloved daughter, wife and mother, Ann was a sensitive empath, determined free spirit and studied herbalist who always knew the names and healing properties of all the plants and flowers.

She spent her final days in the Margaret Bahen Hospice, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Ann most enjoyed taking care of her family, working year round in her garden, painting and various creative pursuits, as well as spending time outdoors cross country skiing and canoeing.

Ann will be remembered for her immense courage and grace, her dry and cutting wit, her compassionate heart and listening ear for those in need as well as her deep spiritual intelligence.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, James. Also surviving her is her daughter Andrea (David), her mother Florence, brothers Mark (Beth), John (Linda) and Ian (Sharon), sister Linda, loving parents-in-law Mary and Don, many nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. She was predeceased by her father Alan.

Her family would especially like to thank her caregivers and her devoted medical team.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to March of Dimes Canada or to Margaret Bahen Hospice.
