Witecki AndrzejWITECKI, Andrzej (Andrew) Achilles  - March 8, 1929 – February 14,

2018 It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Andrzej at home on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.

He was surrounded by his loving and devoted wife of 35 years, Irena.

Born in Sosnowiec, Poland, he lived through WWII and came to Canada in 1959.

Predeceased by his parents Zygmunt and Marta, his son Jacek (2007), father-in-law Mieczyslaw Lukasiewicz (2010), and brother-in-law Tadeusz (Ted) (2012).

He was a loving, caring, generous, hardworking man who gladly helped others.

He enjoyed being a professional engineer and was deeply respected for his knowledge, understanding and devotion to his field. He will be greatly missed by his mother-in-law Lucy Lukasiewicz, as well as many extended family and friends.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 10-11 a.m. at the Brampton Funeral Home & Cemetery – 10061 Chinguacousy Rd., Brampton. Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
