BRIGGS, Robert Holmes (Bob) - Born May 21, 1927 in Bradford, England; passed away on March 19, 2018 at Harmony Hills Care Community, Toronto.
Beloved husband of Ethel (nee Mitchell).
Loving father of Christopher (Kate Tschakovsky), Trevor, Natalie (Joseph Boissonneau).
Dear grandfather of Jean-Paul (Laura), Emily, Matthew, Connor, Amelia and two great-grandchildren, Rhyley and Ravyn. Predeceased by his brother Geoffrey, sister Shirley and his first wife Mary (nee Hogarth).
A Celebration of Life will be held at Thornhill United Church, 25 Elgin St. (at Dudley), Thornhill, on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. Visitation prior to the service at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Thornhill United Church.
The family wishes to thank all the staff at Harmony Hills Care Community for their kindness and loving care during Bob's two years there .
