Badali AntonioBADALI, Antonio "Tony"  -  December 19, 1936 - July 1, 2018

Peacefully, on Sunday, July 1, 2018, we are sad to announce the passing of Tony Badali.

He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 60 years, Patricia.

Son of late Lena and Joseph Badali, dear brother of Josephine (Joe Cosentino), Antoinette Amodeo and the late Maria Badali.

Loving and devoted father to his children, Cathy (Ian Forbes), Joe, John (Sandra Hunt) and Anne-Marie (Tony Citro). Loving grandfather to Michael (Rada), Caitlin (Matt), Chelsea, Jamie, Christine, Kendra (Alyssa), Sarah, Nicole, Johnny (Eve), Paul (Nawal), Mark and Joey. Proud great-grandfather to Domenic, Isabelle, Braden and Lola.

A special thank you for the outstanding care of Dr. Juan, Yvonne, Dr. Roy, Karen and Telease. His wonderful support team, Rossell, Marjorie, Mary, Rosie, Eleanor, Tesiorna, Kristina, Totann, Misha and Flo.

Having run a family-owned business, Islington Nurseries Ltd., in the heart of Etobicoke for over 60 years, Tony considered his staff as an extended family and had a significant impact within the community. Tony was an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

Friends may call Turner and Porter Peel Chapel, Mississauga, from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass on Friday, July 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., Etobicoke.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Dorothy Ley Hospice.
