Clyne PeterCLYNE, L. Peter  - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of L. Peter Clyne, fondly known as Peter, on Friday, July 6, 2018 after a brief illness.

A graduate of McMaster University (BA) and the University of Ottawa (LL.B).

Peter was a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada having being called to the bar in Ontario in 1975. He was also a member of the Grenada Bar Association.

He will be missed by the staff of his practice, L. Peter Clyne, the Meridian Group and of the Law Office of GED Clyne in Grenada.

He leaves in mourning his children Justin and Camille, granddaughter Rachel Clyne, aunt Cedma Clyne, brother John Paul Clyne (Cecile), Celia Edwards, George Clyne (Gail), Dr. Ann Clyne, Margaret Gibson (Clyde), Martin Mark (Claudia), Malcolm Mark (Ann), the late Lewis Mark (Juliette), former spouse Carole Clyne and many cousins, nieces and nephews (the Marks, Gibsons, Clynes, Edwards, Wells and Johnstons).

The family will receive guests for visitation at the Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough, ON, on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. The Funeral Service on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 59 Heather Road, Scarborough, ON M1S 2E2.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the PBC school for a scholarship or the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of L.P. Clyne.
