LOCKE, Dorothy Emily – Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Kawartha Lakes on Thursday, December 24, 2015, Dorothy in her 99th year, has gone to rejoin her beloved husband the late Rev. Orville George Locke (St Andrews Presbyterian Church) and her daughter Doreen.

Loving mother of Larry Locke (Sylvia) and son-in-law Bruce Harris. Adored grandmother of Christie Martin (Scott), Connie Balazs (Todd), Jay Harris (Christina), Michael Locke, Kristen Locke (Dustin Smith) and her great-grandchildren Tyler, Stryker, Frost, Victoria, Courtney, Reid and Charlotte.

Dorothy was a special lady who always made the best out of life with a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In keeping with Dorothy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to the Mackey Funeral Home, on Wednesday, December 30th, for visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For those wishing, donations to the Salvation Army or the charity of their choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
