GÉLINAS, Marie (nee Hardy) – It is with great sadness that our family announces the peaceful passing of our beloved mother and Mémère on Friday December 25, 2015 at the CSLD Montfort, Ottawa, Ontario in her 88^th year, beloved wife of late Gaston Gélinas.

Loving mother of Adele, Lucie (Claude), Jean (Michele), Cecile (Michel), Lise (Len), late Julie (Michel) and Silvie (Pierre).

Cherished grandmother (Mémère) to Angele, Marc, Tania, Stephan, Adrien, Christine, Daniel, Luc, Tony, Jason, Eric, Caroline, Jessica and Nicholas. Adored great-grandma to Julia, Riley, Gabriel, Sofia, Jackson and Quinn.

Sister of late William Hardy, late Irene Lux, Eugene Hardy and Anne Campbell and sister-in-law of Rémi Gélinas.

Marie will be missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Complex, 1250 Trim Rd. (corner of Taylor Creek Dr.), Orléans, Ontario on Monday January 4, 2016 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

The funeral ceremony will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 11 a.m.

For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
