BREMNER, Helen Marie “Pat” –  Peacefully on September 30^th 2015 at Rouge Valley Health System – Ajax in her 88^th year.

Beloved wife of the late David Bremner.

Dear mother of Paul and his wife Deborah, Pat and his wife June, Deborah and Scott and his wife Darlene.

Proud grandmother of Paula, Jocelyn, Cortney, Blake, Jessica, Darlene, Wendy, Tammy and great-grandmother of Jake, Seth, Finn, Wyatt and Lindsay. Loving sister of Cheryl and Yvonne.

Her family will receive friends at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby, on Monday, October 5^th 2015 from 7 – 9pm and Tuesday, October 6^th 2015 from 11am – 1pm.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6^th 2015 at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel.

Interment at GROVESIDE CEMETERY.
