ALTIC, Ekrem Altic

Passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026 at Dorothy Ley Hospice.

Ekrem Altic was the beloved husband to his late wife Vjekoslava Altic and their shared life remained an important part of his story. He later found a loving partnership with Lorinne Chong, who brought him love and companionship throughout his later years.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Adriana Altic-Pedisic, and her husband, Zeljko Pedisic, as well as his son, Dubravko Altic, and daughter-in-law, Monica Sanchez. He was a proud grandfather to Rea, Elena, and Gabriella Pedisic, each of whom brought joy and pride to his life.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

Family and friends may call at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 from 3-8p.m. Funeral and burial services will be held at a later date.
