SINICROPE, Domenica Maria Sinicrope

It is with the deepest of sorrow but gratitude for her presence in our lives that we announce the passing of our much loved and cherished sister, aunt, and great-aunt on Saturday, July 18, 2026 in Toronto at the age of 96 years. Beloved sister of Antonino Sinicrope and the late Anna, the late Steve (Stefano), the late Concetta, the late Teresa Boscarino (Alphonse), and the late Margherita. Domenica Maria Sinicrope will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephew and great-nieces and great-nephews. Domenica was born in Podargoni, Italy in 1929 and immigrated to Canada in 1957. She was a fabulous cook, and masterful baker. Her homemade pasta sauce was legendary and always in demand. Domenica will be remembered for her love of God and acts of kindness. She is greatly mourned by her family and many friends. Viewing at the DeMarco Funeral Home, 3725 Keele Street, North York, Wednesday July 22 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Wilfrid’s Church, 1675 Finch Ave., on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society or Alzheimer Society of Canada.
